enter gates tree of life

There was a praise chorus based on Psalm 100:4 that went:

 

" We will enter His gates with thanksgiving in our hearts,

We will enter His courts with praise;

We will say this is the day The Lord has made,

We will rejoice for He has made us glad."

 

In Idaho we went to an area called Thousand Springs.

 

When I saw this I could only think of Revelation!

 

 

 

Revelation 22:1-5 Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal,

flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city.

On each side of the river stood the tree of life,

bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month.

And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.

No longer will there be any curse.

The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him.

They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.

There will be no more night.

They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun,

for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

 

And then we also have a promise of the blessing for those who TRUST in The Lord!

 

Jeremiah 17:7-8 “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,

whose confidence is in him.

They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream.

It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green.

It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”

 

 

So enter with thanksgiving, rejoice and be glad in the promises and blessings from our Lord!
