Directional Prayer - West

And  "now as we come to the setting of the sun" as the Book of Common Prayer says....

When I face West I pray from 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 using King James version because it sings beter!

"We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed;  
we are perplexed, but not in despair;
We are persecuted, but not forsaken;
cast down, but not destroyed."
